Paul Johnson Drywall adds to teams in both Nevada and Arizona, expanding business in both states.

PHOENIX  (July 27, 2015) -- Paul Johnson Drywall Inc. (PJD), is pleased to announce the addition of a new leadership team member and promotions within its offices in Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV.  Hector Velez was hired as Superintendent in Nevada, and Freddie Espinoza and Miguel Sanchez were promoted to Production Managers in Arizona. These additions to company operations bring extensive experience in the industry to further solidify PJD in the market.  

Hector Velez who is joining PJD’s Las Vegas office as Superintendent, will serve builders across the entire state of Nevada. His primary responsibilities include providing and supporting a steady labor work force to projects, ensuring jobsite safety, managing and overseeing projects, ordering and tracking materials and equipment, and managing field employees. Hector has extensive experience managing construction projects, and a proven history of delivering a high level of client service.

Freddie Espinoza, who has been with PJD since 2010, and Miguel Sanchez, who has been with PJD since 2002, are both being promoted to Production Manager.  Freddie will manage superintendents in Central Phoenix, South Phoenix, Casa Grande, East Valley and Tucson. Miguel’s coverage area will include Prescott, as well as the North Valley and West Valley of Phoenix. Both Freddie and Miguel will be responsible for recruiting new employees in their regions, labor sharing, rate management, compliance, jobsite safety, and quality control.

Freddie and Miguel will continue their work on major homebuilding projects across the state, including multifamily, single family and college dormitories, and assisted living.
