SAFETY FIRST
At Paul Johnson Drywall, our number one priority is safety. We pride ourselves on having a comprehensive safety program, called Safety First, which follows Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and regulations, and includes extensive training for every employee as well as daily job-site safety training. Having a culture focused on the safety of our employees, Paul Johnson Drywall has implemented following policies and initiatives:
A 10-Hour OSHA training certification for project crews and supervisors receive 30-Hour OSHA safety training certification.
Regular training classes on fall protection, job-site safety, safety equipment requirements, dealing with hazardous materials and heat illness prevention.
Regular internal inspections by the Safety Director, Foremen and Supervisors to ensure that potential hazards are eliminated.

For our builder and developer customers, we understand the importance of your project being finished to a high-quality standard. We also understand that things happen on projects between the time that our production crews finish and when you are ready to put your product on the market. So, when production is complete and punch-list items or repairs are needed, PJD repair crews are ready to help get your product sale-ready quickly while maintaining the highest product quality standards. Our repair crews are experts at both small and large repairs and each of our repair technicians have been trained to pay close attention to detail so that our customers are completely satisfied with their projects!
For home owners, when Paul Johnson Drywall completes your home, we offer to return about one year after its completion to repair any drywall issues. Our repair technicians understand that new home buyers deserve to enjoy their home. Our crews are experienced in making sure repairs don’t look like repairs and that homes are left cleaner than when we arrived.
