The H-2B guest worker visa program provides employment opportunities for crews, primarily from Mexico, through the State workforce agency with a wage offer set by the Department of Labor. We are prepared to assist qualified workers with the process, and give priority to our current crew members' family and friends. Relocation Assistance Program
Paul Johnson Drywall (PJD) has been providing quality drywall services to residential and commercial builders since 1967. We’ve grown to become one of the largest drywall specialty contractors in the Southwestern United States. With the economy in Arizona and Nevada booming, we want to provide workers from less productive economies the opportunity to earn a great living, while enjoying life in the west where the cost of living is known for being lower than most other states. So, we’re recruiting workers and crews from across the country to join us by taking advantage of our Relocation Program.
Relocation Program Details
The PJD worker relocation program welcomes experienced drywall workers, including hangers, tapers, sanders, finishers, light gauge metal framers and laborers to join our crews in Arizona or Nevada.
PJD will provide interested craft workers and crews, who have at least three years of experience, with relocation assistance, guaranteed full-time employment, higher than average wages, outstanding health care benefits for you and your family, paid time-off, and other benefits for all craft workers.
Relocation Assistance and Employment Requirements
The PJD relocation program will reimburse up to $300 towards travel and relocation expenses and up to $500 towards a worker’s first month of rent.
Workers taking advantage of this program who stay employed with PJD for one year will not be required to repay these expenses (if the employee does not remain employed at PJD for 1 year, the reimbursements will be deducted from the employee’s last paycheck).
